I had unprotected sex on 9th aug and on 10th i barely had one bread with tea in the morning and had minute stomach ache and then had a half dosa in the lunch ...and then i got lot of loose motion or the feeling of having my stomach heaving and painful stomach on the same night i had fever , after then its been 2 days i still have the pain in upper stomach and lower stomach part and still not feeling good enough and not able to eat anything.
What is the reason and what medicine should i have to stop these all as soon as possible?
