Loose motion with stomach pain
Last Sunday night- vomitted 4 times and 3 times loose motion while traveling from Ooty to Bangalore Mon n Tues - 5-6 times watery loose motion before lunch - had salt , sugar water full day and very light food. Wednesday - 1time loose motion only, not Waterly but while passing motion had pain in stomach and leg - had light food only Thursday -today - same symptoms as Wednesday but till now 3 times loose motion with stomach pain nd leg pain . I am having only light food , banana and salt sugar water PS: I was having mild fever yesterday and was feeling very weak nd was feeling little cold . Please suggest.

Hello, ORS or sugar salt water is ok.to be taken in small quantity but frequently.semiliquid dal rice without TADKA. Or curd rice, porridge khichari fresh. Fresh curd, butter milk are benificial. Sporolac sachet two three times. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD. Ok

You had an indigestion at starting... The conditions are not treated properly... The Intestinal movement is altered now.
Next Steps
put warm castor oil to navel. by laying supine... repeat oil filling every 2hrs. once..for 24 hrs. stop Banana etc.

Have only pomegranate fruit as a food for 24 hrs.  spit seeds out... then start suji ganji as food..then dal water rice ...slowly add non fibrous veg to dal... increase food slowly.. have boiled  and warm water to drink along with food. can have pomegranate fruit along with food(spit seeds out) for few days.. if query consult
