Looks thigh is gets sleeps while walking
Dear Madam/Sir, I am feeling that my upper lag thigh gets sleeps very frequently, while sitting in a same position or sleeping in some position, But now a day I am experiencing this while walking as well and very frequently on my left upper lag, which is making me uncomfortable. I am wearing very loose clothes also not have any kid of Diabetes-related issues, Madam/Sir please help on this issue, and suggest me what I can follow to overcome with this.

Do you have any pain in that area, if you work is in prolonged sitting this is postural and strength issue (glutes). Take an appointment of Physiotherapist he/she will guide you further also follow ergonomics at work

Its due to  lack of strength. Posture corrections must  start strength exercise of pelvic floor and back. And visit physiotherapy centre for proper treatment

Hello Do you have any past injury history? What is your profession? Do regular workout for your legs Start thigh muscles strengthening exercises under proper supervision And strech your muscles regularly Do you have any pain in thigh? And exactly where??
