Looking for cardiologist
Hello Sir, My father is having heart problem. We consulted metro hospital and did angiography where we came to know that his left bundle branch block.. abnormal ecg report. Global LV hypokinesia..severe LV systolic dysfunction (LVEF : 25-30%) Doctor had advised for CRT- D implantation Can u suggest if this fine or we can correct this through medicines. My father is really worried about this surgery.. So, need your suggestions... really help u alot Thanks in Advance!

Hello, LV dysfunction due to LBBB is electrocardiomyopathy. Will need to see his ECG and angiography report for further advice. Medicines are mandatory. Will just need to see if he will get additional benefit from CRT D or not.
