I am getting small dark boils it looks dry.they are not painful but they have come in four places in my body.the thing which worries me is it has been there for about almost a month and they are not going.is it a serious issue and should I take any treatment.

Warm water compresses and local anti septic cream,to b applied,twice daily.If not fully cured,then u should opt for a course of Antibiotics.It is not serious.
