Lizard bite
While I was sleeping around 04:00AM. I felt my ring finger in right hand bitten by something. I felt sharp pain and burning sensation for 5 minutes. After this these effects reduced. I searched every where in the room for the insects or reptiles. But i found nothing.But i think its lizard bite and how can I identify if pls help me out

Lizard rarely bite like this. It must be some other insect bite or a mosquito bite
