Liver disease. Jaundice (5 years ago) ?

Two and half months back I was on doxycycline for three weeks.Then i started feeling pain in ribcage (both side), nausea,fullness in stomach.Then my sgpt was 54 and sgot was 34.Usg was normal.Doctor advised it was nothing.But the problem remained and excessive saliva secretion started.Endoscopy was done.It showed hyperemic stomach and first part of deodenum.Then i was given udiliv 300 and esomac 40.But continuing it for one months nothing changed.My triglycerides was 286,hdl was 41 and ldl was132.Doctor said it might be fatty liver.Advised to continue those two medicine for 3 months.Today my sgpt was 26 and sgot was 22 .How can it be ? All my problem remained and worsened.My urine is also getting reduced and dizziness is also increasing.Please help.What should I do as I have previously liver problem, jaundice (5 years ago)?
