Liver care when markers above borderline
My Total Bilirubin is 1.32, Direct is .50 , Indirect is .82 , SGOT AST is 52 and SGOT ALT is 56 . I do not drink alcohol but have to eat out a lot due to my work . My GP said that home food and excercise is fine to get it back to normal. People are saying take Liv 52 ...but I am not sure if I should?

This is more of fatty liver Improve dietary habit Avoid oily food and sugar Do exercise and concentrate on wt loss No need of liv52
