Liver 52 and sompraz40.
I have recently joined a gym (20days) and my instructor has recommended me a diet along with protein supplements. Also he has asked me to have liver52 for better digestion. Is liver52 safe, and can it be taken alongside sompraz40 (which I am taking for the gastric problem).

Hello.....liver 52 help in regulate levels of enzymes and optimize assimilation and improve the functional efficiency of the liver.....sompraz is esmoprezol given for gastritis... You can take both ... But you should remember high protein intake increase gastritis ... High proteins are suggested in body builders.
