It could be anything from haemorrhoids to simple anal fissures to epithelial growths. So kindly consult a nearby general surgeon for further evaluation.
Consult any general surgeon for diagnosis of growth over anus and management. This growth may also be due to fungal infection per anus,which needs to be clinically assessed for differentiating from any other growth. So, visiting any surgeon is your first option. Avoid spicy foods.
