Little crossed eye problem in left eye
My left eye work perfectly for nose side vision that is half side works fine but other side it don't rotate full .That i cant see north west side with my left eye.And yes because of this i usually use my right eye only to watch something.so left eye seems smaller than right one

This could be due to Duane retraction syndrome
Kindly share photos of your eye in straight gaze,left and right gaze so that I may guide you better
