LIS surgery creates Urge incontinence
I am 27 years old male weight 48 kgs. 5 years ago from today once Lateral anal sphinctertomy was done for recurring anal fissure. Then doctor advised me to take at least 3 litres water everyday. After 6 months of surgery and taking more water I have developed urine urge incontinence but no issue of stool incontinence. So , my question is this urinary urge incontinence is due to lateral anal sphinctertomy ???
