Lips hardening nd cracking

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My lips are cracking, skin gets hard and starts bleeding. I can not open my mouth. I saw a skin specialist he said it is saliva infection or allergy he gave me some medicine or cream I use them it was helpful but after stopping them they again get hard like before. The problem started 1 year before. My cousin asked me to check for Thyroid. I checked nd my TSH level was 11. I continuosly taking thyronorm. But lips problem is not resolving. They are getting black as well.
