Lipoprotein(a) of 41 mg/dL
Hi, I recently gone through a full body checkup and my lipoprotein(a) came out to be 41 mg/dL. I don't have family history of heart disease, my blood pressure is also usually normal and I do go out for jog/run quite often. My Apo B to A1 ratio is around 0.4. Should I be worried and is there anyway to lower this level?

Its connected to your genes. You can start diet full of green leafy vegetables,  fruits and nuts. It may slightly reduce lp(a). Monitor your lipids every 3 to 6 months.
