Lipoedema or lymphedema or..?
Hello I have a question regarding lipoedema in young woman. I have been watching and reading up on this condition and I find it a fitting explanation to my ailment. My legs (particularly my calves) as well as my upper arms are abnormally thicker than my waist, hips and forearms. My elbow have a blanket of fat that arise from my arms followed by skinny and bony forearms. My thick calves lead into thin bony ankles followed by normal feet. The joint of thigh and calves had a mass of thick skin that erupts inwards and my thighs bulge outward slightly from my waist. My fat also seems to move around based on my body's position. While lying down, my thigh and arm fat is concentrated ventrally and the appearance of the limb completely changes (I'm not sure if that's common with normal fat as well). The swelling in my calves is inelastic and a strong tight mass, contrary to my arms, which exhibit a highly lose and "squishy" consistency that hangs like a pendulum. Please differentiate&diagnose.
