Lightheadedness now that I'm exercising
I never used to get lightheaded when I stood up. I used to weigh 224 at age 47. Now I am 203 and exercise every day. When I go from a squat to standing position, if I get up pretty fast I feel lightheaded or dizzy for a few seconds. Why is this happening?
