  4. Lighter periods. Periods is normal?

Lighter periods
My periods are delayed this month by 24 days. Today is the 1st day after 2days of spotting. However even today the flow of periods is lighter than usual month. I m worried why this is happening. I had unprotected sex 2days after missing my periods . I also have pcod . Please assist whether having lighter periods is normal ?
