I am suffering from CVS. I have used refresh liqui gel for 4 months now. What I am facing now is light sensitivity. I got my retina examination done. There is no problem but the light sensitivity is bothering me a lot. Will it ever go away? If so how long will it take? Also, I am having pain in my eyes. My screen usage is still 4 hrs a day. Should I cut down on that too?

Light sensitivity is because of dry eyes. Try using glasses with Antireflective coating if you're not using one. Try using an eyedrop like Soha or Maxmoist that can retain for a longer period in the eye.
Follow 20-20 rule while working on laptop or using mobile which means that after every 20 mins of screen time take a break of 20 secs by changing your focus to something kept at a faraway distance.
