Light and Heavy Bleeding for 10 days

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had D&C in the month of Nov, post which had regular periods in Dec & Jan for 4-5 days .This month my periods started as scheduled . I had very light bleeding for first 4-5 days and then having heavy bleeding started with large clots since 3 days. Doc prescribed Trapic MF to reduce bleeding but no result after having it for 1 day .Should i keep on having Trapic mf or observe or consult again.
