Light adaptation problem

When I go to bright place a bluish dot as a shape of pea appears and after remaining there for a minute a shadowy thing appear tovibrating and after a minute it goes and eYe vision also some times on going to lighted place light of pea shaped come and go for sometimes.e what is this is it corneal problem
