Ligament (Unstable Knee)
I hurt my LCL 6months ago and when i thought its fully recover. I run as fast as i could but after a while my knee give way and i fell to the ground I injured my LCL knee for more than 2 times after i thought its fully recover.I am Secondary 1 this year and i am choosing a CCA I wanted to choose Netball/Badminton but i am not sure if i can do it What can i do with a Unstable Knee?

Visit ortho or physio for physical examination, dr will tell u if u r still having tear. Or mri would also work. After this plan exercise programme to improve musle strength and ligament stability. Physiotherapy can work 100% on any tear.
