Ligament injury thumb
I'm having ligament injury in left thumb. At the joint there is some pain , it's been 15 days. What I need to do to heel it fast?

Hello....... You should give rest to that thumb, most of injury are minor and it heals... Type of injury also depends on history of trauma and amount of force. Give hot fomentaion, it relieves pain... Don't stretch it... Consult orthopedic surgeon if pain perisits even after a week or so...
