Lft &  HBA1c report analysis
I have done a Lft test report that shows SGPT is 78 & SGOT is  80 & HBa1c is 9.7 is lft is normal or abnormal I am have sugar from 2016 present using insulin humanmixtrad 40 . Is there any problem in lft

LFT -Enzymes level are bit high and possibly suggestive of Non Alcoholic Steatohepatitis(NASH) , a condition of liver inflammation due to fat accumulation and Diabetes. (Other causes of Liver injury needs to be ruled out) Its important to control at early stage to Prevent cirrhosis of liver. Certain medications can help in Sugar control as well as in Prevention of Progression of NASH.
