Level of activity with Concussion
Can you have alcohol/nicotine following a concussion? I sustained mine three weeks ago and still experience symptoms fairly frequently (headache and nausea). During the beginning of the day I feel normal and at night the symptoms kick in every so often depending on my level of activity during the day. Do you think alcohol or nicotine would effect me negatively at this point?
