Hello white discharge may be physiological but as per your history it may be due to bacterial or fungal infection black patches under the eyes are due to depression or stress and for digestive system problems gastritis and inflammatory bowel disease should be ruled out consult obg specialist...for discharge issue...and dermatologist for black patches and for digestive problems consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
