Letroz Treatment - How Is It Possible That First Cycle Of Letroz

How is it possible that First cycle of letroz 2.5mg, I had endo thickeness of 8.2mm on day 11 and on 5th cycle with letroz plus humog 75(d3,d7) I get endo thickness of 6.8mm also natural cycle day 9 scan I had endo thickness 8.2mm. What can be the reason ? Please help ???
