If you had any kind of trauma then there can be such pinching pain due to broken rib. Else it can be muscle cramp. Take tab Zerodol-SP 1 tab daily for 5 days and tab Pantop-D once daily empty stomach for 7 days. Eat fibrous rich protein and she is diet along with green leafy vegetables and boiled egg.
