Temprature has increased in most part of the country, consequently insensible water loss from body increases.
Increase water intake, adequate meals and keep the baby adequately hydrated. If the baby is conscious, active, alert, playful, interested in the surroundings, interactive, passes urine and stool normally then most probably he/she is fine.
