Lesion on the right foot

Asked for Male, 64 Years

There is a lesion on my father's foot for last two months and it is not getting cured.He is taking antibiotic injection suggested by a local doctor daily since last 2 months to cure it but still it is getting painful day by day. He is also a patient of diabetes and used to get these kind of lesions in different parts of the body earlier also but this time it is not getting cured. Please suggest
