Lesion in urethera openin. My urethera.

Dear sir, I have problem in my urin track like burnig sensetion and pain befor urinate and after urinate. i shoe my urethera opening a red lesion in 1/2inch inside in my urethera. i have taken many tipes of antibiotic, like septran, cefolac, altrosin, azthromycin and ciprodac, LCZ, Candid cream last 2 month but no relife, i have also don kub usg report nornal, urin culture report normal, x ray kub nornal, urin rutine normal , dear sir but i have not feel relife. i have no any weight loss and no fever sinc 2 month some time i feel some tiredness but i'm still suffring pain and burnoing sensetion. pl guide me i sure about std ihave no std. if i press the spongy part of peny ifeel pain and sore in my urethera. i have no any time of stone.
