USE PEARS SOAP.. it is good for gentle skin... also use a moisturiser after bath because skin tends to be dry in leprosy patients. You should send me images through private online consult so I can examine the degree of dryness for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
