Lensx surgery after RK
In year1990 RK was done of my both eyes then my no was -3.00 and 16 cuts were made in cornia. After 2 years of surgery, no. of my both eyes continuously increased and now this is +11(right eye) and +9(left eye). Now my no. Is stable from last 3 years but cataract is developed in peripheral area from last year. 1.  In future if Lenex surgery will be okay or normal accordingtomyeyes(cornia shape)condition? 2. Up to what extent calculations will be okay for IOL

Hi, 1) Since you have developed cataract, it is advisable that you under go cataract surgery,  which will take care of your refractive error as well. Do not need an additional refractive surgery. 2) IOL calculation will be done by your operating surgeon.  It'll be more or less accurate.
