Leg swelling with pain

Hello Doctor, My name is Rahul Ankad, one of my friend is facing problem in right leg from last 2-3 years. Sometimes It will swells along with pain. and she is facing complete unbearable complete left leg pain including left side of stomach. Can't able to sleep straightly or left side. We had consulted orthopedics, neurologist, Psychiatric also. But no use.. We have an appointment with you on this coming sunday ( Feb18th,2018) @morning 10:30. Please give the permanent solution for this problem.
