Leg pain and felling disc

I had a surgery on MIOT om Dec31 nd it was sucessful I would like to appreciate the d I cord support staffs and nurses. I had a viour leg pain and felling burning. I could not sleep night. And also about the moment in and out if bed procedure and how many dr I stance advise to walk. Can I took calcium tablet? For frequent request give me your number or email address

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
