Left uterine notch seen in nt scan

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I just went to my nt scan in 12 week 3 days and the report says everything is normal except left uterine pi as 1.29cm and notch seen. Is it something complicated? Will the notch go away as pregnancy progresses? Is it normal to see this at 12 weeks?
