Left Testie is shrinking

My left testie is less than half of my right one. I don't have any pain while urine . But when I touch my left testie I feel my veins is getting thicker. I m feeling that my sperm count is getting low.is it possible that my right testie is getting swelled it feels hard..

Hi Please consult a Urologist and get some basic tests and sonography of scrotum done. Either left one is shrinking or right one is getting larger. Shrinking can be due to old torsion or varicocele. Enlargement can be due to hydrocele or infection or tumor.
