Past history : right orchidectomy following late diagnosis of right testicular torsion.
Left testis fixation done using Vicryl 4-0
In a later follow-up USG , varicocele found in left scrotum .
No specific medication , no complaints of pain as such.
PS - i am myself a First Year MBBS student.
Over the last few days, i find that the testis intermittently becomes quite cold at times, particularly so while sitting or lying. This seems to disappear/lessen to some extent when i stand up, as if while sitting there was some blockage in blood supply and there was reperfusion when i stood up.
However i haven't experienced any pain during such a change.
Moreover the root of scrotum is as warm as always even while the testis becomes cold.
