Left sided supraclavicular lymph node
Noticed since one month ,located around 2cm above the attachment of clavicular head of sternocleidomastoid ( along the outer border of muscle) , slightly mobile , soft-firm consistency , oval shape around 0.8 cm × 0.4 cm , non tender. Blood tests were done and cbc parameters were normal , esr of 13mm/hr (EDTA). No other symptoms. Past history: Used to have multiple episodes of upper respiratory tract infections (sinusitis/tonsillitis/pharyngitis) that relieves on medication.
