Left side pain with vomit sensation

Hallo sir I am 38 year old. I feel always intetine swalling ,when I walk a lot or sit a long time. I feel as like swalling in left side lower abdomen. And after 2 days I feel swalling goes upto till upper . And I feel then vomit and loos motion. Please tell me medicine. If medicine will improve Then I will take paid consult from you. Thank u
