  4. Left side nunbness. Be the scenario!

Left side nunbness
From last couple of days I am feeling left hand and face numbness some time a day. Some time I feel pain in neck.. Pin point pain in top of head.. Not whole day.. I am 27year male.. Taking high BP medicine from last 2year. But now my BP is under control. Tell me what could be the scenario

It could be because of cervical spine problem,could be cardiac,neuropathy .
