I've been having swollen in my left side of neck i feel slightly pain but is not painfull i can bare when i took bath i recognized swollen in my left side neck so please help me

You might be having enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck. Or enlargement of thyroid gland. Examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment depends on diagnosis
