Left side chest pain while running
I have working out from past 2 years and have lost 25kg of weight . Now i am started facing problems on heavy running and intense exercise cause sudden left side chest pain and go away when i rest. I have done a test ecg and echo after that . Ecg was normal but echo says that i have mild MR and Mild TR. Doctor said nothing to worry. But the problem is same can I decrease the intensity of exercise or can i do moderate level only. Can i do strength training?

You can increase ur intensity of exercise No issue

You can do any exercise you want. Get a TMT done and if its normal then no restrictions for you
