Left side chest pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My father has a very healthy lifestyle. He eats right, exercises daily and has no deleterious habits. Since last 24 hrs, he is complaining of chest pain on the left side at a single point. The pain is constant and not radiating. There is no pressure like feeling, sweating, nausea or breathlessness. Though he has been experiencing pain in left arm since last few days . This pain appeared only on specific movements and appeared like a muscular pain. I am attaching the picture of ECG we took last night.

The ECG is normal. Though your pain description is not heart related but its better to get Echo and TMT done to completely rule out heart related pain as people many times have atypical presentations.
