  4. Left scrotum pain since last 2 month.

Left scrotum pain since last 2 month
I have left scrotum pain since last two month. All blood, urine and semen test are normal. Even go for MRI to find issue due to nerve or spine but it is also normal. Pain is continue 24 hrs and also move to left buttock. No stone find in report. Please advise.
