Left nipple pain and swelling. Here?

Hello sir/mam, I have a nipple pain and swelling in my left chest since December 2016 . I have diagnosed with ultra sound and came up a lesion in the nipple areolar area. I consulted physicians and the report suggest gynecomastia with no cyst, due to hormonal disorder. Physicians did not suggest any medication since it is not significant. But pain I am having when I press or load that region. Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this . Any treatment or medication required here? I can share my blood and scan report and to you if you require that. I am not thyroid and diabetic patient. I have no fever and motion problems . Only pain and swelling in left breast make me worry and uncomfortable Kindly help. Thanks
