Pain last 50 days no fractures in X ray please tell me what's the problem. It is swell in the front part near the fingers we use the all kinds pain relief tablet and sprays. But swell is at it is

Hi, it could be due to osteoarthritis. Both heat and cold can relieve pain in your joint. Heat also relieves stiffness, and cold can relieve muscle spasms and pain. Consult Orthopedician....
