Your symptoms are predominantly due to skipping meals and would be related to the hypo glycaemia or fatigue due to skipping meals, anxiety or due to severe gastritis. Such frequent episodes and that too when it is already worked out with an ECG 2-D Echo being normal is unlikely Cardiac. If you have any other risk factors you must undergo an exercise treadmill test which will rule out cardiac disease. Kindly take regular diet, exercise, take antacid if required. If symptoms are significant Gastro medicine opinion is advised.
