Left eye sight and dryness

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Sir, I have problem in my left eye, within 1 month it vision gone reduced from - 0.5 to - 0.75. I already visit doctor he told its dry eyes. I had my medical for job after 1month. It needed 6/9 criteria. I m very tensed. Pls give me proper suggestion how I can improve it.
