Left eye red and lil blur vision
Hello sir/ mam ,
From past few days i am noticing my left eye is randomly being red also i having slightly blur vision in same eye with little discomfort.
I am heavy mobile - pc user since 2005 . Everyday i use my phone for 8 hours work .
i read about it on google and it says could be glaucoma , i am just 30 years and very worried . Dont want to loose my vision.
i get my eye power check last month and it was 0.5 both eye but i am not wearing any glasses.
Please let me know the reason .

Hi sir,
while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Please get your glass number checked and you can use antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer.
And a per glaucoma , it is unusual at your age. But it's better that you get your eye pressure and nerve examined by your local ophthalmologist.
Eye drop teardrops 3- 4 times a day for 1 month will help you for occasional redness
