Left ear blocakage
My left is completley blocked and produces miff sound causing uneasiness.This I'm facing for past 2days.I tried oral methoss like lowering the ear on one side etc but no help. Please suggest I'm 27yrs old female. I

You need to consult an ENT Specialist immediately. It could either be Cerumen Impaction in ear leading to complete occlusion of ear canal. Another differential diagnosis is Eustachian Tube dysfunction. Use the Practo app to select a good doctor based on good previous patient feedbacks.
